They are amazing. I had a lock issue and I called a little before 8:00 pm, expecting to get a time in the next couple of days. They said someone could be here between 8:30 and 9:30. Wow! He showed up in the window and was able to fix the lock for a very reasonable price.

Highly recommend them...I will use them again if the need arises--hopefully it won't though.

Needed locked-out service recently. They came out within a half hour. Picked the 2 locks in about 10 mins. Charged $90 for one lock, and $25 for a second. I've also used them for lock maintenance and repairs at my condo building where I serve on the board. They usually make service calls within the same day if parts are available. Pricing seems to be competitive. Also, they know how to copy a key unlike Home Depot.

Cheap duplicate keys made in seconds. Small shop, nice guys. One star off only because of their business hours (9 -5:30 MF so I never could seem to get there). I knocked on the door at 5:26 pm once when they were closed up early, and as I was walking away, the guy that works there literally chased after me and asked if I needed keys made. I needed lockout service twice in 48 hours. Both times, Amazing Lock showed up within the 30 minutes quoted. Bill was professional and quick to pick the lock.

Other services may charge less initially, but in my experience they will often say they can't pick the lock and then charge triple to drill it. Also, other services didn't verify that I actually lived at the place they were opening. Amazing, on the other hand, took several steps to verify my address. This shows an additional level of integrity.

I will only use them moving forward.
